Wish I could partake of your breakfast offerings, but I’m still off my feed a tad. Amazing how the common cold still hasn’t been removed from the list of ailments. Maybe RFK, Jr. can work on that along with his other health projects.

Good mornin’, Lucille! I love that coffee mug! I’m trying to remember the last time I ever drank coffee from one of those delicate cups like your grandmother had. When Mrs. T got new cabinets last year, we did a Clean Sweep of our inventory and took at least 20 nice, heavy mugs like this to the Salvation Army. I still have a ton of ’em though!

Not only are the people running our Country ma-roons, but here’s further confirmation that those running some of our largest employers are cut from the same cloth. The CEO of Ford (not a Ford family member) has been driving a Chinese EV for the last six month and says – “I don’t want to give it up…..it’s fantastic”. While his company is losing over $132,000 for every one of them that his company builds. Not sells, builds.

Good day, Czarina! No playing outside today…too rainy and cold. Lucky are those who get deviled eggs instead. My Mom had a great recipe for them which was always requested for the holidays.
And, yes, there still are bison in Ohio…Frankfort, Ohio, for instance…

afternoon all. overcast and misty here, and of course chilly.
went to my kid’s house yesterday. played a game with the girls and had dinner. the baby boy is walking now and gets around just fine. one funny thing. there is a sliding door that goes into a hallway into the in-laws’ part of the house. he has learned to open that door and there are some dangerous steps down, so they put a stick in a slot to keep the door from opening. that stinker goes over to the door and looks to his left to see if the stick is in it before he pulls on the door. he is a smart little critter.
