Good day, Czarina! No to kids taking over the kitchen unless firstly they’ve been thoroughly trained in washing the dishes or at least placing them correctly in the dishwasher. Yeah I’m an old meanie when it comes to kitchen cleanliness. You make a mess; you clean it up is my policy unless you’re a toddler and younger, of course.
One of my bosses who also became a good pal woke up one morning in his 30s to find that he’d lost all his head hair during the night. There’d been some hair loss previously, but this was something else altogether as you can imagine. His body proceeded to lose all hair…not a bit was left. And it never came back. He was lucky, though, because he looked great bald.

Alopecia Areata. It’s an auto-immune disorder. I have lost patches of hair on my head but fortunately it grew back.

There were a number of symptoms leading to a diagnosis of autoimmune disorder Lupus and later of CKD for me. Gradual diffusion head hair loss was one of the symptoms.
When I’m around adults I often don’t hide the hair loss. Around children, though, I don’t want to scare them. So I usually wear a soft turban like I did when my grand-niece was visiting a couple of weeks ago with her four children.

Mornin’ All. The rain has finally stopped and the sky is clearing off. It is 55* and pretty chilly, but nice. I woke up early in the morning and was a little chilly, but couldn’t get away enough to get out of bed and find the quilt I had not put on the end of my bed. People here are starting to talk about winter.
Glad the storm down south has dispersed for the most part. Hope everyone is okay and has power.

We have an employee that we hired 3.5 years ago. She was given tasks but completed none of them.
She just had a performance review and failed it, so she backstabbed her elderly supervisor.
Now, she is demanding a promotion in November, but refuses to interview for the position.
She promises that if she gets the promotion, she will do all of the tasks she didn’t do before. But she won’t do them now in order to force us to give her the promotion. What should we do ??
