      1. Good afternoon, Menagerie! The Shetlands are beautiful. All of the UK is lovely even when it’s just rocks.

I was reading yesterday that when Julius Caesar first tried invading England, he came to the White Cliffs of Dover. He was in awe of them but got beat off bad. So he went further up the coast to a more accessible route into Kent.

    2. Good afternoon, Czarina! Hope you had a fun trip.

The evidence is pretty good that WeeWeed is prescient seeing as she presented the beautiful “maritime” illustration before you posted the “national day” list?

All the days are worthy. The vanilla pudding for today’s lunch dessert sounds perfect…and first-time buying a musical instrument is especially exciting….

  8. Mornin’ All. I have to make this quick. I pulled my back out a few days ago and am going to the Chiro here in a few. It is in the 40’s and raining lightly here. We took our walk in it anyway. Chilly but pleasant. I understand the temp is supposed to go back down this coming week.

Hope everyone is safe. That town in Iowa, or maybe those towns, look devastated. Tornadoes are just scary.

    3. Good afternoon, aus! Hope your back gets unkinked. If you can find it, Voltaren Back & Muscle Pain gel is excellent. I’m almost out of it and had to order the arthritis gel instead and pray that it works, too. I’m having a terrible time with my knees and calves on down thru the feet and am limited on any pain reliever. So the gel is the only thing that works.

You can buy the back/muscle gel most anywhere in Canada. So if you know anyone who is crossing the border soon, have them pick some up for you. Hopefully my family will be able to come visit me again soon and can bring some with them. Mailing it to me is way too expensive.

      Take care!

  10. This was posted on FB today, and I thought it was very interesting. I’m not the world’s greatest at picking up the story behind the story, and this is one person’s thoughts on The Wizard of Oz. Have any of you ever heard anything like this –

    Did you know…..
The Wizard of Oz…This is very interesting…🤔
The Straw Man represents that fictional ALL CAPS legal fiction —The PERSON. He wanted a brain but got a Certificate — The Birth Certificate.
The Tin Man — The TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number). He was a robotic avatar, who worked tirelessly until his body literally froze up & stopped functioning. The heartless & emotionless robot creature who worked himself to death because he had no heart or soul.
The Cowardly Lion was a bully but was actually a true coward when someone stood up to him, like most bullies. He lacked true courage, and, in the end, the Wizard gave him an Official Recognition Award — Authority & Status.
The Wizard of Oz used magic, smoke, flames & holograms, but all of it were tricks & illusions to push fear & compliance to make people do what he commanded. The truth is the Wizard has NO real power & only used illusions to create false power & authority.
The Wicked Witch pushed fear through intimidation. She was after Toto and controlled the flying monkey police, the policy enforcers, the mischievous demons, which also represents the BAR Association who attack & control all the little people for the Great Crown Wizard, the crooked Bankers of Oz, obsessed with gold.
In the field of poppies, they were not REAL humans, so drugs had no effect on them, but Dorothy was drugged.
The Wizard of Oz was written at the time when Rockefeller & the Big Pharma began to take over medicine & education.
The Crown was actually the largest drug dealer & after their take-over of drug distribution in China, they began to expand all around the world.
Toto was what the Wicked Witch was really after. Toto in Latin means “in total”. Toto exposed the Wizard of Oz and had no fear, despite being very small compared to the Great Wizard, so no one noticed him.
Toto pulled the curtain on the Wizard & his magical scams.
‘Curtain’ also means the End of an Act or scene! He pulled the curtain & started barking until others paid attention, hypothetically giving everyone the “Red Pill”.
The curtain hid the corporate legal fiction & its false courts.
So, no matter how small your bark is, it can be heard!

  11. Judge Merchan is ‘Outrageous, Unethical, Unlawful And Petty,’ According to Top Lawyer Who Was in The Court.

Legendary defense attorney and former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz says JudgeJuan Merchan behaved like an “absolute tyrant” during former President Donald J. Trump‘s Manhattan-based hush money trial on Monday.

      1. Wouldn’t it be great if the jury came back with a hung jury? I’ll go even further and say it’d be absolutely phenomenal if they returned an acquittal in part because they heard or read even a smidgen of Dershowitz’ thinking prior to their being chosen to serve.

The left has tried to destroy Dershowitz ever since he was part of Trump’s counsel in his 2020 impeachment trial. So the jury members might have heard/read some of that leftie tripe. But if they had even a momentary bit of open-mindedness, that might still be an influence.

        We live in hope!
