Good mornin’, czarina! Could be a busy day with a lot of good ones there. Maybe I should stick to the mini-golf instead of the real thing.

Behind the Lens: Dudley Canine Park and Archery Range

      (Cindy Skop photo, Daily Sun)

“It’s all tail wags and barks at Dudley Canine Park and Archery Range. Huckleberry, shown above, explored the park with his owner, Village of Briar Meadow resident Valerie Griffin, when it first opened. “At the other parks, he gets distracted playing with other dogs,” said Valerie’s husband, Edward Griffin. “Here he’s able to train on the agility (equipment).” At Dudley, there are tunnels, beams and much more for the dogs to enjoy. Pet owners can kick back and relax at the nearby pavilion while watching their furry friends. Dudley is one of six dog parks in The Villages.”

Hopefully Mom, Dad and Huckleberry get to eat what they want today. It doesn’t look like they’ll be playing miniature golf, though. That’d be a great addition to the park.

It seems that I can find at least one article every day that makes me dumber for having read it. This is that article today. SanFran nuts set up a program that gives free beer and vodka to homeless alcoholics. It’s been in place since the corona! I never cease to be amazed at the ways governments can do stupid stuff. You can’t make this stuff up.

Mornin’ All. It was 55* and sunny when we got up. It is really, really nice out. The weather guessers say it will be this way all week and then we will have t-storms the next week. I can live with that.

Hope your weather stays nice for a while.

    File this under “Move Recommendations.”

I just finished watching The Green Slime. I recommend that you do NOT watch it. It was made in 1968, is stupid, boring, with stupid (60’s style)music, and the special effects are absolutely absurd. LOL. The story had possibilities, but the screenplay was terrible in my humble opinion. The one positive thing was Robert Horton was in it and he sure was a hunk. I have seen a lot of sci fi movies, many stupid and bad, but this was the worst. The first Star Trek was so far past this it is amazing.
