Mornin’ All. Raining and 41* here this morning. So it is pretty damp and cool. We took our walk though because Loki didn’t care. She is now into her morning nap.
No real news from here. My son is going to try to switch my snow tires back to regular tires this week. Cops are starting to stop people and give them tickets. I need to check and see how much it will cost if I get caught. However, I almost never see a cop or hwy patrol. So, hope I keep not seeing them for a while.

Apparently foods must be clearly labeled that they contain crickets, because people with allergies to shellfish might also be allergic to crickets.

This is really concerning. Sometimes or even often people don’t know that they are allergic to something, and even if they did know, they would not know that it was in the flour.

Sunny, getting hot this week; no rain so I had to water the plants on the porch. 86* this afternoon, so I’m gonna mow the grass in the outlying areas, which are shady and don’t grow fast, but are also pleasant to mow since they are shady. Have to cover every part of my body since poison ivy flakes and dust fly around and I hate being itchy for two weeks.

My thanks to all who told me what I was doing wrong making biscuits. I made some this morning that are probably the best biscuits anybody ever, ever made. I just don’t mess with them so much and they turned out light and a little fluffy with a nice lightly crisp crust on them. I must apologize to my son for not being able to make them as he was growing up.
