Mornin’ All. It is 39* here with a perfectly clear blue sky and NO wind. Nice.
The young’uns are coming over today so I have to do some picking up and cleaning. Loki is going to take a nap. I also have to renew, or at least they are requisition me to renew, my lease here. I still have two months until my lease is up. I don’t think there is any chance something will open up where I want to go before that. At any rate, I will probably have to break the lease when there is an opening somewhere else and I need to move. They did have it set up that you owed the whole year’s rent if you left early, but the Montana legislature, I believe it was, changed that to one month and they can’t charge a new tenant and an old tenant at the same time and get double the rent.
Well, need to get to work. Hope you have a nice day.
