Thanks so much T! I’m going to have to send you some coffee beans from this new place I found. Took me five years to find good stuff again after leaving my little Georgia town, but after seeing a comment over on the Tree, I have finally got something good!

Mornin’, Menage! I’m always up for a new adventure when it comes to the bean. As long as it isn’t hazelnut. When I was traveling quite a bit, I tried to grab something local and at least give it a try. Mostly from NM and Costa Rica when we went down there. Thank ya’z kindly and help yourself this morning.

This process is known as de-gassing, and it continues even after the beans have been packaged.

It never ceases to amaze me how the smartest people on the planet can screw things up so badly. Disney paid nearly $5B for the Star Wars franchise about 10-12 years ago. One would think you should be able to parley that into untold riches. Apparently, some are not capable of doing that. But they have managed to run it into the ground, much like a Boeing airplane.

Disney seems not to have understood that George Lucas was the franchise, not really the film works and characters. Lucas was singularly devoted to making the films, obsessed even to the point of excluding just about everything else in his life. Disney is devoted to wokeness which ruins everything.

Mornin’ All. It is 38* here and still. The clouds over the mountains look like they are snowing or raining. I can’t tell which. Anyway, it was cold, but pleasant outside.
Got to do some housekeeping today. My kids are coming over tomorrow. I just hope they are all well. But, I am looking forward to seeing them. Hope you all have a nice day.

Good morning, aus! We’re at 48 degrees with some rain expected this afternoon. My motivation to perform housekeeping duties is non-existent. Room pick-up and trash take-out is all I’ve done since the family left. Otherwise it’s veg-out time.
