Why, of course she’s disappointed! This is Colorado Secretary of State.
I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrections from our ballot.
“In my judgment, this is not the time to amplify disagreement with stridency. The Court has settled a politically charged issue in the volatile season of a Presidential election. Particularly in this circumstance, writings on the Court should turn the national temperature down, not up,” Barrett wrote. “For present purposes, our differences are far less important than our unanimity: All nine Justices agree on the outcome of this case. That is the message Americans should take home.”
Arizona equines proof of voter registration and ID to vote. California has a law according to its SofS that only requires proof when registering. Most Louisiana polls just require ID. My MS one requires ID. Variations, but at least they have the candidates on the ballot.
9-0. When will the gnashing of teeth and wails of “illegitimate court” begin?

Of course she is ignoring the fact that Pres. Trump hasn’t been charged with insurrection, much less been convicted.
