That esteemed scholar and most recent addition to the Supreme Court just astounds with her brilliance. She made these prescient comments during the “bump stock” case and oral arguments before the Court. Apparently, with one of these devices, you can now shoot any gun up to 800 rounds per SECOND. That’s faster than what an A-10 Warthog can spit ’em out! She knows nothing about biology or weapons. But she sure checked off a few boxes.

Costner Defies Narrative, Defends Early Americans When Pressed About New Film’s Natives vs ‘White’ Settlers

By Michael Austin  March 2, 2024 at 4:29am

After announcing his new four-film epic Western series, actor Kevin Costner was pressed about the films’ depiction of native versus “white settler” conflicts.

The series, “Horizon: An American Saga,” is set to have an unprecedented release schedule. The first two films will hit theaters in June and August of this year, only two months apart.

What’s not quite as unprecedented is that the film’s story pits Native Americans against early American settlers of European descent, a point which The Hollywood Reporter chose to press during a Monday interview with the actor.

Afternoon All. Had my granddaughters over to play this morning while their parents went shopping at Costco. What fun! :) When my son and DIL came back with the baby, she put him in my arms and he looked at me with a “hi, who are you look” and then smiled. But, when his sisters came over and greeted him he lit up like a light bulb. He loves is sisters! Of course, they each get right down in his face and cover him with kisses. It is a sight to see.

Well, it snowed all night and most of the day. We probably got another inch or so. It has been about 27* all day. I watched the Lonesome Dove series and having lived here for a while know just how those cowboys would have felt in the winter in Montana. I can’t imagine camping out for months in this weather. I have camped in my twenties in the high desert in California, or wherever it was, but it was nothing like this. It was fairly warm during the day there.

Hope you all have had a nice day.
