Good day, Menagerie. Seems the more speeches we miss, the better we feel. I’m in tune-out mode right now and just may remain that way until the Republican convention in July. A person’s mind, body and emotions can take only so much.

Stella, sounds like you live near here! Rained an inch between 3-3:30, now grey and foggy. Big rain coming about noon, then another one tomorrow and another Friday.

I keep thinking that we’ve reached peak dumbness in the political world, but then I see stories like this one that tell me that we’re probably not even close to that yet. Dum-bass City Council dude recommends they set up a sign-up sheet for local residents to house e-legals. I’m betting $1000.00 that his name will never be on one of those lists.

Afternoon All. It is almost 30* and the sun WAS out, but now it is foggy and overcast. It appears to be a moving fog. People around here are already talking about Spring even though they know it is too early for that.

For you, gluten free people: cookies
1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. Mix and bake for 10-12 minutes.
