Mornin’ Lucille. Just proves that those institutions are a gubmint camp that they can do with whatever they want. “Educate” our young during the day, and house future voters during the night, to begin their “education” process. 😦

Good morning, Texan! Until we can deport them under the next Trump Administration, we’ve got to figure out what to do in the interim. What can we possibly do to create an advantage over the American leftie poor-behavior enablers? How can we get a good percentage of illegal immigrants to go home on their own?
All this would take more time than we’ve got, of course. I just wish Congress would try thinking outside the box to solve this humongous problem and not just kick the proverbial can down the road.
Would it be better to have them domiciled in red states where they would not be allowed to register to vote or get a driver’s license? It’s annoying to have them anywhere illegally. But since they’re here, perhaps having them learn what lawful behavior is in America would be more productive. How could we accomplish this?
In the blue states and sanctuary cities, they are learning nothing that would be of help to America, the American people or culture. They are definitely learning how to take advantage of the American system. How can we get them to see this is wrong? How can we play on their consciences to do what is right?
It’s all so frustrating and maddening. There has been no disaster to befall America than the Biden Administration, from their corrupt steal of the election thru to this very moment.

Good mornin’ Miss Wee! Mrs. T puts up all her Christmas pretties within a couple days after Santa’s big dropoff so that she can avoid that letdown. She will be coming out of her room in about another 45 days it appears. 😉

Mornin’ Wee! This year our winter so far is brown, dead and wet. Not much snow to speak of. The weather guessers say we have significant snow coming on Saturday, but we’ll see.

Thanks T! Need it today, I saw snow on somebody’s car. Not any down here in the valley, but at the sight of snow in the state of Tennessee, you are bred to shudder and panic.
I am now supposed to go to the gas station, fill up the car, and then go to the grocery story and battle blue haired old ladies for the last loaf of bread, gallon of milk, and roll of toilet paper. I shall bravely forego all that, and live dangerously!

Mornin’ Menage! What always got me growing up in the Midwest was the dramatic weather guy! (they were all guys back then). Breathlessly talking about the winter apocalypse, blah blah blah. Get the milk bread, tp, and you got about 2″ of snow that was gone in 24 hours and those panicked moms are all p*ssed off now after going through the exercise you refer to.

Yeah, they’ve decided to get this area in a panic with 18* low next Tuesday morning. Since their accuracy is the same as flipping a coin I have to worry they might be right.

Hope you’re having a good day, Czarina! Eating bittersweet chocolate is a spirits-lifter. But houseplants? There’s got to be one out there that won’t be dead in no time at my domicile. Is there a day out there for dried flora and fauna?
As for our national birds, having a day set aside to celebrate saving them is a great idea; but the very thought of eating oysters makes me queasy. Do eagles like them? Perhaps having some on hand is called for in case I find an eagle in distress.
And it seems like a profitable idea to check out the website for the National Cut Your Energy Costs Day since my bill was larger than I’d expected this last month. That’s assuming this is the reason for having such a day on the calendar.

Afternoon All. It is 32* here. It was supposed to have snowed all morning, but didn’t get a flake. We didn’t get any at all last night. We did, however, get some wind which rattled the windows. The sun is struggling to peep out and I can see little strips of blue sky. They are still saying we will get a big storm this weekend with an extreme drop in temp. We will see.
Well, today I am going to finish up putting away all the Christmas ornaments. And, then, I might take a nap. Stay healthy and warm.

The snow has started. It is really coming down. I didn’t notice it at first because it was really teeny tiny pellets, not flakes. I have never seen it like that. But it has already covered the sidewalks.
