Ok, so, having no reference of this, I looked it up (everything is on the net) and now understand there was a statement with an objectionable word, which caused the woman to fall out of favor with higher-ups. Homer said he just told her to watch her language. I guess I’m out of touch.

I peruse a number of platforms on the interwebz, and I just ran across one of those things that irritates me to no end. I have begun to see posts from all sorts of people that include words like……….whilst, amongst, and amidst………yet the best I can tell not one of them is British, and has probably never been outside of Harlan County, KY. Is it me, or are these nitwits just a bit too pretentious? I’m betting not many of them have ever had coffee in a styrofoam cup.

Besides the fact that no one of importance to the FBI, CIA, DOJ, the domestic Left, or the international intelligence entities will ever see the inside of a jail for these crimes, one of the things that has bugged me the most is: where were the parents? Who allows their children to hop on planes with old men and doesn’t object or call the police? Were all the underage children kidnapped? Runaways? Of legal age in the various jurisdictions? Has even one parent complained or did Epstein buy some silence from them all?

Afternoon All. It is 28* here with 2 inches of snow. I did not expect that. It looks really pretty, or did until the guy came around with the snow blower and messed it all up. I think whatever I will be doing today will be done inside. 🙄

Just got a new insulated coffee flask, and so far I really like it! I use a flask for coffee because:
1. I drink my coffee slowly, so it gets cold.
2. Tucker will drink my coffee if it is in an open cup or mug.
Why I like my new flask:
1. It keeps my coffee really hot for a long time.
2. (and this is important) The top is held in place by an expanding silicone seal, rather than a screw. It doesn’t leak, and it doesn’t have crevices that collect coffee gunk. It comes apart and is washable either by hand or in the dishwasher.
So far, I’m really happy. I am a simple person who is easily amused – obviously.
