Example #853 of “It Takes a Man to do a Woman’s Job”. Kid comes in 11th place in the male division. Changes his mind and wind the female decision just a few months later. Irish dancing of all things. Not sure exactly the age but in the “Under 14” age group. This is a kid, but still………..

Afternoon All. Got up about 9:30 this morning and it was about28*, but clear sky and sunny. Now it is overcast and 35*.
I was having trouble for a few days with my Internet being very slow and weird. Yesterday it wouldn’t work at all. I finally called Spectrum and they said to UNPLUG it and plug it back in. It worked. I told my son the the next time I complain to tell me to unplug it.
I went to the Children’s Choir last night. They really did a great job. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it this year since I don’t drive at night and my DIL wasn’t going. Some neighbors stepped in and took the girls to the church so my son could come and get me.
Hope you all are having good weather and an enjoying the day. I am watching the Army/Navy game. BEAT ARMY!!!

Isn’t that the truth. Grant loved his lutefisk, but even after we moved to Minnesota, I explained to him that he would be purchasing it, already prepared, in a restaurant. It wasn’t going to happen in our kitchen.
Lefse – oh, yes. Lutefish….nope.

To follow up on what Stella said, my Pop is from MN, and he still kind of shakes a bit when he talks about it. He did say that after you get past the smell, it doesn’t taste near as bad as it smells. But he never asked my momma to make him some. 😉

Just got this from a friend:
“I spoke with my friend and doctor yesterday. I would like to share with you what she shared with me, she being a Jew. She said she is reading the Psalm that corresponds with the day number of the war. It is very uplifting. Today is day 64 so I read that Psalm. It definitely is a comfort.”
