    Posted November 15, 2023

Exclusive IDF footage featuring IDF International Spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus from Al-Shifa #Hospital in #Gaza, confirming that #Hamas systematically uses hospitals in their terrorist operations, a clear violation of international law. This. Is. A. War. Crime.

I actually lived in Topsham at 1 Thomas Lane (1966-1969). It was my first house – 3 B/R, 2 Bath, raised ranch with a 2 car detached garage on 1 acre for $38,600. Saw it again in 2000; trees were huge. Same color. Looked great.

Mornin’ All. It was 20* when we got up and now is up to 27* with a clear blue sky. It is very cold outside. Glad I am inside. Loki doesn’t care. But, she must have gotten cold last night because she got in bed with me about 5:00, which is much earlier than usual.

My DIL stopped by yesterday. She said her parents, who moved here when they did, have had a lot of illnesses, too, since they moved.. They had lived in MA for most of her life and they think it has something to do with new germs.

Well, hope you all stay well and have a nice day.

Good day, aus! As weather suggested, drinking and eating items which boost the immune system is the way to go.

Some of the advice in the attached article might be of some use. I’d also add in Echinacea if you can take it. They have it in tea form.

Well, I am sure that the list is good for both colds and flu.

I am certain I don’t have the flu, or even covid, because I remember I had a dry cough, aches, and tiredness that no amount of sleep would help. And, I don’t have most of the symptoms of the flu. My symptoms are mostly lots of mucous draining and a wet cough.

Are you taking supplements? The one-a-day are not so good, as they incorporate a one-size-fits-all system that isn’t really specific.
We take zinc Garden of Life- Vitamin Code Raw Zinc) and, naturally, a form of vitamin C as well as other age-specific alphabet vitamins. Also take CoQ10, which older bodies don’t produce well.
Here’s a good link about zinc (it’s an ad, but good info):

I’ve had a few seasonal allergies since moving to Oregon, but those usually involve watery eyes.
          Hope you’re 100% soon!!

Since I have so few symptoms , I have been wondering about allergies. But since there is no itching and no eyes involved, I dismissed that.

I take a lot of different individual vitamins and minerals. Vit C, Calcium/Mag/Zinc, Garlic, CoQ10, B 12 (doctor ordered), Vid D, etc. All good quality sources. Hmm. I just had an idea. I will let you know tomorrow if I found something.

Both my husband and I experienced these same symptoms along with laryngitis, and it lasted one month for me, and 6 weeks for my husband. My husband needed 5 medications to beat this, so be careful.

My husband and I had been in SoCal for 28 years when we moved back to MN in 1993. He grew up in MN, me in MT.

The first year we were there, I was sicker than I had ever been. Again and again. Caught everything. Got it worse than anyone else. And couldn’t get over anything. Just miserable.

It seems there is a real adjustment that a person’s body has to make to a different weather/regional context. I survived that first year, and after that things returned to normal in terms of seasonal ailments.

I will give kudos to the political class. They have so many different ways to grift and make it look like they’re doing something. The “No Labels” crew, who I’ve only heard of one of them, is raking in some dough. Some silver-tongued devils, they are.

Well, I have a 90% negative view of the Palestinians. And, a 100% negative view of Iran.

I saw an interview of an older Palestinian mother. She said she was happy to give all her sons as martyrs……………well, all EXCEPT the one that is a doctor. She did not want to give him up. I couldn’t believe she stood there surrounded by all her sons and identified him as her favorite and wasn’t the only one she didn’t want to see killed.

Tremendous news: the Hamas killer of kidnapped hostage Shani Louk…

…has met his just reward. The information has not been fully confirmed by the IDF, but a rabbi who spoke to Shani’s mother has reported that she believes the man’s deserved death is true. Shani was the lovely young woman whose body was paraded around in the back of a pickup truck and spat upon by the jihadis.
