      As a little tyke, I remember watching my dad bolt a set of seatbelts into our 1950 ford. He was a believer, and woe to any of us that forgot to buckle up!

      Good day, Czarina! Maybe pickles and guacamole will make up for no coffee at your sis’ house. Just don’t impetuously eat those delights while in your pajamas with your seat belt on while you’re driving to the town coffee shop. Can’t be impulsive, now can we.

      As for diabetes, you can have black coffee and avocados, but limit the pickles.

    Afternoon All. 30* and a clear blue sky. It is going to be a really nice day. But, I am thinking winter comes early here to this part of the country. The pretty leaves have fallen off most of the trees that I see.

    Well, I have caught something. It is respiratory I think. I don’t think I am running a fever, but my sinuses and throat are all messed up and I coughed all night. I am moving into “poor baby” mode now. 🙄
