NO district attorney and his 78 year old mother were carjacked last night in NO, likely by one or more of the teenagers he said he would go easy on when he was running for office. He has since come around, at least in high profile cases. Couldn’t happen to a more appropriate progressive…

Mornin’ All. It was 50* when we got up. But, breezy, so it felt pretty chilly out. Right now the sky is a beautiful blue with clouds over the mountains.
The construction workers were here and started work on the dot at 8:00 AM. I wasn’t mad, I was glad they were here to start work. Loki, on the other hand is pretty annoyed with them. She keeps running off and barking at them and then coming back to me as if she is saying, “Well, aren’t you going to do something?” They seem to be moving a little faster here than they did on the other buildings. I guess mgmt must have raised a little cain to get them moving. It is early for snow, but it could come any time suddenly.

I just looked at the long range forecast. Snow showers are possible before the end of the month. That is why they are working so fast now. 🙄

This 2:19 on X is pure political gold. The conservative candidate north of the border has this “reporter” stammering so bad I’m not sure he didn’t wet himself. This should be played for every republican officeholder and wannabe as an instructional video on how to handle the press. Calm, logic and facts. Don’t play their game.
