I have been using the egg cooking method and it is working very well. I just have to leave the eggs out of the fridge for a while before I do it. I don’t have any cracking if I do.

I remember egg timers, like sand running through a goose neck glass, I thought hard boiled eggs were for 3 minutes. Maybe it was turn the timer over 3 times? Anyway, most of my eggs now are scrambled! With a touch of vanilla extract added.
