Unfortunately, a photo of a Holland windmill set in a huge multi-color flower field didn’t show up in the above feed. When it was enlarged, it was truly stunning. Here’s a similar one….

And another one, just for good measure…

Hope they come through. It’s getting more difficult to find great photos which either don’t have watermarks or copyright requirements.

Stella, I watched the video you posted yesterday regarding rationing in England during WW2. Afterwards I went to the full listings of videos at the channel and chose the following very touching vid. Well worth the view….

Made me tear up. My aunt lost her boyfriend in the war and never married. She was a wonderful person and always involved in the theatre, specifically The Young Vic (which was for youthful audiences). She enjoyed being with young people.

My MIL had a photo of her boyfriend she lost in the war – but they were Germans and he was fighting on that side. Kept it on the nightstand along with photos of her father, who was a German officer, and her husband who was an American army sergeant who fought with the RAF in England.

Afternoon, All. It was very chilly this morning and now has heated up a lot. Sunny blue sky with clouds building up in the distance. I think it would be a surprise to “all” of us here if it were to rain, and that includes the weatherguessers.

Hope you all have a nice day. And, prayers for all those people in Hawaii affected by the fire.

Y’all know how much our Country has invested (wasted) on the worldwide War on Drugs………. Take a gander at how long it took a bunch of toothless hillbilly goat-herders from the wilds of Afghanistan to take down almost an entire Country of their poppy population……One year.

Records Reveal Fauci Made Over $300 Million From the Covid Pandemic While Americans Suffered

According to records, the former NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins, and former NIAID Director, Dr. Anthony Fauci, made huge profits from royalty checks during the Chinese virus-fueled pandemic. At the same time, thousands of people struggled to put food on the table.

Now Biden wants to spend billions to suck carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere!

          https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/08/biden-regime-spend-1-2-billion-vacuum-carbon/

          CNN Reported:

The Biden administration on Friday announced its first major investment to kickstart the US carbon removal industry – something energy experts say is key to getting the country’s planet-warming emissions under control.

Direct air capture removal projects are akin to huge vacuum cleaners sucking carbon dioxide out of the air, using chemicals to remove the greenhouse gas. Once removed, CO2 gets stored underground, or is used in industrial materials like cement. On Friday, the US Department of Energy announced it is spending $1.2 billion to fund two new demonstration projects in Texas and Louisiana – the South Texas Direct Air Capture hub and Project Cypress in Louisiana.

Granholm said the projects are expected to remove more than 2 million metric tons of carbon dioxide from the air annually once they are up and running – the equivalent of removing nearly 500,000 gas cars off the road.

The machines are being built to essentially supercharge the natural carbon removal already done by trees, bogs and oceans – which is not happening fast enough to capture fossil fuel emissions at the scale humans are emitting them.

I will give these people credit for their creativity in finding ways to create slush funds. Spend a couple billion to get $40-$50M back in campaign contributions. Brilliant.

I think the term “reporter” might have been used a bit loosely here as she appeared to be more of an activist since she didn’t have a note pad, a phone or any other device to record the response, but that’s how you respond to these nuts. IMO, a “pansexual” appears to be a “gender” in which you pretty much open yourself up to anyone who will take you. 😀 😀 😀

This is based on the definition from wikipedia -“Pansexuality is sexual, romantic, or emotional attraction towards people of all genders, or regardless of their sex or gender identity. “
