I kinda like sea serpents being recognized, for their fanciful stories. I have spent little time near lakes and seas so have no encounters to tell.

Mornin’ All. It was about 51* when we got up this morning. I had to put on my sweats and a vest and was perfectly comfortable. Loki just wore her fur coat.
Guess I will just continue sorting and disposing of “stuff”. I know I am taking a lot of time to do it, but I tend to lose interest while I am working. {sigh} Oh, well.

The Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees the accused the right to “an impartial jury.” But it also states that the trial should take place in “the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed.” What should happen, therefore, when it is virtually impossible for the defendant to get an impartial jury in that state or district?

You’re welcome, weather! The article is making the rounds. Even though those who emailed it to me are no fans of Dershowitz’ Dem politics and voting record, they and I see him as a liberal who is fair and believes in the law and the right to a fair trial.
