The other day when the photos were going around of the First Family on the balcony watching the July 4th fireworks, I noted that the young blonde woman (his wife, perhaps) holding the little boy, was acting strangely toward Hunter. She likely either suspected or knew he was doing coke that evening and wasn’t comfortable at all with him wanting to take the baby from her.

Good afternoon, Stella! We’re at 89 degrees right now and heading to 93 with full sun. I’m not allowed to sit out in the sun but certainly can sit under an umbrella but the heat is just too much. Complain, complain!

This just tears me up!!! Zuck’s latest thievery attempt is going down in flames. His tweeter clone traffic is down 70% in eyeballs and 80% on time wasted on the site. couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. I’m hopin’ he throws more money into this fire pit just like his pretend world thingy.

White House’s Restricts Press Room to Key Conservative Outlet in New Rules Reset – More to Get the Boot Soon
Posted July 22, 2023 By Carson Choate

The White House has issued new rules requiring reporters to follow new “behavioral standards” if they want to continue attending press briefings, with one conservative outlet already losing its seat in the room.

Afternoon, all. It is almost 80* here on my patio in the shade. I guess it is going to be a hot one today. I wish I had that hammock and stand that I had 40 years ago. It would be nice to lie in it.

I was shocked to realize yesterday that I had a message from one of the low income apartments I was on the list for. It was back in May. I don’t know how I could have missed it. But it looks like I need to check my junk file and trash file every single day since it might have been put in the junk file. Also, I have to check the listing on the apartment list website. Can’t afford to miss another one. I have no idea if I would even have been eligible for the apartment, but I need to keep up with vacancies. I finally got my password problem fixed on that website. I was having to get a new password each time I signed in.

Well, please stay cool and have a nice day.

Good afternoon, aus! That’s a shame you missed the potential rental message. Looking for new places to live can certainly be stressful.

I’m making efforts to remain calm today. I got a call from the management company for my apartment on Wednesday. The gal said they were a bit behind in getting the lease renewal paperwork out and wanted to know if I was planning to renew. This is a different management company than we had in 2022 and they are in over their heads apparently.

Anyway, I said I was planning to stay and she quoted the new rental amount (which starts August 1st–apparently there’s no 30-day notice and I don’t want to make waves) and indicated she’d drop off the papers on Friday plus would take a photo of my insurance renewal confirmation at the same time. Friday morning I confirmed with her that she would stop by and she said it would be after 1:00 PM.

Well, she never showed up, nor did she call. I called around 7:45 PM and asked her to call me with a new date for everything. It’s 1:00 PM right now and she still hasn’t called me back. How inefficient and disrespectful!

I just found an ad on Craigs List for a refurnished townhome apt, with a garage, and a basement for just under $700. It looks beautiful. It didn’t give the location and said to text to a number. The number is in Chicago, which could be legit. My mobile number is in FL. But, I have doubts. I have seen some info that was connected with this ad on ads that I was sure in the past were not legit. And, that is a really low rent.

Not all these young’uns are woke. Some, appear to be learning from their parents and grandparents that all this woke cr*p is just that. This will probably give you a bit of a chuckle.

This is just disheartening. We are giving Ford $9.2B to make EV’s. This is the only way that they can be “priced” competitively for us to eliminate “glo-bull” warming. I’m tired of our government picking winners and losers. I know they’ve been doing it for a long time, but the money being wasted from all that I send up there every Friday is way out of hand. Do any of these grifters ever have to pay it back. I know that if you get a gender-queer studies degree and hopefully a Masters degree to go with that, you don’t have to pay that back anymore.

Apparently, I’ve got to get out more. I wasn’t aware that this conversation about Bronco Bama’s sexuality was going on within the black community. Jason Whitlock is not an insignificant voice within that community.
