You probably know that I periodically post videos by this adorable American/Italian couple. Her food is mostly not the Italian dishes we are familiar with, but looks delicious! This video is a bit different, although they manage to sneak in one Calabrian recipe.

In this one, they disclose what they are doing with some of the money they have been earning on YouTube, and it is something they are giving, rather than simply doing to enrich themselves. As one person commented on this video:
