At this point, I don’t even think it’s a boycott anymore. People have simply moved on to other products, and have no interest in ever going back. There’s a difference between deliberately refusing to buy a product (which is still happening, of course), and choosing to continue to get better products and enjoy better customer relations somewhere else. People aren’t going to go back because they discovered they have no reason to.

I am not a beer drinker, but my daughter and SIL are, and they probably haven’t had a Bud for 30 years. Here in Michigan it is quite common to drink Canadian beer, like Labatt’s, if you aren’t into craft beer and ale, like my daughter and SIL are.

They had Bell’s beer on tap at their wedding. That’s a brewery in Kalamazoo.
