Mornin’ All. Got up early to get ready for church. It is 35* but pretty nice out. Can’t stay on here. I have to get dressed. So, enjoy your day.

Very pretty morning, sunny, cool, low humidity. Might get a few solids and rain later.
Going to a memorial service for a friend of 40 years. She died suddenly just before Christmas. Be nice to see the shared friends, but I miss her. She was smart, funny, generous and kind. Passionate about her causes. Her husband is lost.

My heart aches for your friend’s husband, by the way. It’s so heard to remember our cherished ones are only on loan. Hope the service was everything they deserved.

I see Bed Bath Beyond filed for bankruptcy – closing all its stores. We stopped buying there when they threw out MyPillow; same with Target and others. ‘Go woke…’
Sad for all the suppliers who’ll have to take pennies on the dollar for debt.

Love Dave Ramsey and have benefitted (a lot) by the things he talks about…but sure wouldn’t him looking over my painfully detailed budget processes and implementation!

I had a new experience this week–got bit by something near one ankle and on my arm.. Spider? Something else? Don’t know.
Painful beyond all previous surface-of-the-skin experience. I’ve found several OTC things that are helping, but good grief….I wouldn’t do well building the Panama Canal or anything like that.

Ouch…sounds like a spider, Sharon. Here’s a recommendation: Vetericyn. We have a bottle on hand, and it is our go-to for everything from cuts to burns to bites. Instant-relief disinfectant and non toxic (even if swallowed). It’s for animals, but our vet says they use it in the office. Magic, I’m tellin’ ya.
