      This is how Mickey-O came to us. I think lots of pets just insinuate their way into our comfortable places by being soft and charming…

        Good afternoon, czarina! One of the kittens born to our cat named Kitty decided one day to disappear (mind you, our cul-de-sac was on the outskirts of town with surrounding fields where all the neighboring cats went to hunt). She was gone for several days when I went looking for Mandy and discovering she’d moved in with neighbors at the end of our street. I tried to get her to come home with me, but she would have none of it. That left us with Kitty and Pamela who decided to stay in place.
