   New Orleans has more murders per 100,000 by a good bit. And also has a lovely black, Rat mayor who thinks very highly of herself.

       Negotiated a lower number of signatures needed when it was revealed the Registrar of voters has not been keeping the rolls up (one woman found her mother’s name on as active when the lady died 25 years ago). Impossible to check every signature in the 20 work days required. Governor has to sign off on the recall election, and he’s a Rat, too.
