    In SW Florida we are already 1/2 to 3/4 of the way thru Spring, and the hot weather is here now. Way too late for what most of the rest of the country is now planting or getting ready to.

    It’s warmed up a lot, days in the mid-80’s…..I think it’s gonna be a stinker this summer. Just hope we don’t get another Hurricane – still in recovery and rebuild from Ian last year!

    Today is St. David’s Day, patron saint of Wales. In his honor, I have vases full of daffodils in several places (national flower of Wales). Beautiful, bright yellow flowers!

    Still dips below freezing at night in Wisconsin. Had a flying squirrel came into my cabin yesterday. These little guys are so quick and I detected intelligence in this one as he dodged the cats. He was all over the house with me in slow pursuit with a net and the cats showing location. Left the back door open and he was gone in a flash.
