Afternoon All. It is a beautiful sunny day here. The sky is clear and a beautiful blue. It is a toasty 27* right now. I am just happy for any temp over 0*. My son came and picked me up yesterday after church and took me back to their house. We had a second Christmas Day now that everyone is well. We played board games with the girls and had a full turkey dinner which was much appreciated by me.
Well, hope you are all well and comfortable starting out the New Year.

Good news all around! It’s about time for me to break out the leftover turkey in the freezer. Maybe I’ll start by making stock from the carcass.

Started out vey fog, little bit of sun this afternoon, now golden but grey as he sun goes down. Got a hamburger, sliced tomatoes, broccoli and leftover three bean salad for dinner. Watching Call the Midwife season 11 the past three days, will continue till it is over.
Thus starts my new year.

I watched the Call the Midwife Christmas special yesterday. As usual, I was crying by the end!

Must be trying to meet Bill Gates’ and others’ goal to reduce the population…

“The Spare” will be crying on 60 Minutes next Sunday. Can’t wait to hear what this sniveling little worm will have to say about Daddy and all the mean people. But in all likelihood, I’ll have to read about it the day after. Not going to waste that 20 minutes that I can’t get back on him whining to Anderson Cooper.
