This video is a go-to at Christmastime for me. It’s a quite touching old-fashioned, very well done vlog by this rather famous YouTuber Eric Conover and was posted on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020. The featured blizzard was Wednesday, Dec. 16-Thursday, Dec. 17. It is just short of 14 minutes and ends on an expectant note as he looks forward to his fiancee returning from a pre-holiday trip to visit her family.

Curious about who has the most YouTube subscribers, I discovered in Wiki’s article that though the first 3 channels are establishments, MrBeast is number 4 on the list as the individual with the most subscribers at 124,000,000. Amazing! How much he’s raking in daily is likely humongous.
Somehow I don’t want to even know what MrBeast does to gain such popularity. His category is entertainment. He might be great and I’m missing out on something fabulous, but…meh!

Believe it or not, it has been warmer here the past two days, and the snow is melting.

Afternoon All. It is 31* here and the snow has melted slightly and now has turned to ice. Very treacherous ice. I don’t know what the weather guessers have in store for us today, but it looks like I need to go to the laundromat. I have been hand washing everything I could, but I can’t ring out the thicker, warmer things. And, I really need to wash my sheets and they are definitely too heavy and big to hand wash.

Good day, aus! Hopefully you’ll be getting a washer/dryer soon. I just checked online and was surprised to discover how much they cost new. Is there any way you can convince your landlord to rent both machines and you’ll just pay the fee each month? That’s what I do since I didn’t want to purchase them.

Yes, treacherous when snow covered ground melts then snows over the top. Even have to be careful in the cleats doing outside chores. Guess that’s why everyone here walks like a penguin! 😉
