This would be great for anyone wondering what to do with leftover turkey, goose or other Christmas dinner mainstays.
Ingredients – Your Pastry (Makes Four Pasties)
125g butter plus a little extra for greasing
125g lard500g plain flour plus a little extra for dusting

Yes, yummy! I love Cornish pasties, too, made with beef, potatoes, onions and a couple other items. When I worked in Santa Monica, CA there were a number of British tea rooms with deli/small grocery stores included. They sold all kinds of fresh delicious pasties and pork pies. I went over there often to get lunch.

Afternoon All. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to a Happy New Year. I didn’t get to spend Christmas with my family because they were all sick, but, hopefully, there will be next year. It rained at my son’s house yesterday. We got none of that. It is sort of misting just slightly here today. After all, it is 33*. Summer is almost here!! Well, maybe not, but that long streak of below 0* is over for now. I know………… it will come back again.
Well, my breakfast is ready. Hope you all have a nice, warm, safe day.
