Just looked it up and the population of India in 2021 was 1.393 billion and Christians comprised a little over 2% or 27,860,000+.

Mornin’ All! Amazing how no one from this admin goes on Tucker’s show! They can’t answer simple questions! Shoot, they don’t even answer any questions! Worst of all, the MSM is complicit! That does not bode well at all! The charade persists! On a lighter note, Merry Christmas to all! Yeah, I believe in the Christian religion! The shortest daylight of the year!

Morning everyone….It has been a rough year and it’s closing out with a bang here on the frozen prairie of Northern Montana. Just went out to feed the ferals and with the wind chill factor, it is a whopping 60 degrees BELOW ZERO…I was outside less than 5 minutes and my coat froze solid, my gloves froze solid and two layers of flannel covering my face…yeah, it froze solid..
My furnace went out a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was cold then, but nope, compared to today, that was a holiday in Hawaii….lordy, this cold is brutal.
Prayers for all…stay warm!

LOL…..that might be too reminescent of Granny’s fox stole that I came across when I was a little girl…that nasty thing gave me nightmares for years……
Last week it was snowing and about 20 below and I opened my door to go out and feed the ferals and a big black feral tom cat stepped inside. He allowed me to pick him up and he’s been living in my garage every since. Today when I went out to feed him, he let me pet him. Moral of the story, I don’t need to bring them inside, this one made the decision to come in from the cold on his own.

I have an orange Tom who came like that. Very loving fellow, mostly loves to be stroked from head to tail, and held up by the scruff of his neck.
Oh, I remember the pastor’s wife at our church had one of those mink things where each one bit the tail of the next one. Fascinating!

This guy is a big brute and I was so surprised when he let me pet him…He’s definitely in better shape today than when he first came in, so that’s a good sign :0)

My grandmother had those mink things as well…they had snaps to join together. The head was intact; fascinating to me too as a child.

LOL…I’ve seen the mink ones and would consider them kinda awesome, but Granny’s was an actual fox fur and the taxidermist botched the head part.. as a young ‘un it scared the livin’ daylights outta me.. LOL..

The Arctic Express. This is the second time that I have experienced it and it’s a brutal beast. I am so hopeful that it warms in the near future.
This will be the first night in the almost five years that I have lived here that I will not go out and bring the ferals food & water. It is too cold for me to survive if I were to fall. It hurts my heart that I can’t care for the furbabies, but this weather is life threatening.

I hope that sever cold spell breaks soon! I am not exaggerating when I say that I can’t even imagine that degree of cold. I believe it’s gotten about ten below down here a time or two in my life. It’s actually rare for it to get below zero.
We’ll be down below ten degrees Friday and Saturday, and looks like we’ll stay below freezing until Monday or Tuesday. Rare for us, but nothing like what you guys face.

My nephew told me this morning when he called to check on me that we should see a rise in temperature by Friday when the temperature is supposed to get up to 15 Below. That’s liveable….This 60 below weather is not.

Good afternoon, Litenmaus! We’re at 6 degrees right now and projected to be minus 7 during the night.
This is DEFINITELY the coldest we’ve had. I wonder if in addition to the Arctic Blast, the cold all over Western Canada and Western US has anything to do with the many volcanoes going off at the same time around the world. I know eruptions do have an effect on weather, making it colder.
I’ll say a prayer for you and the kitties.

My understanding is that it’s either the El Nino or El Nina (I can never remember which) winds that presage the ability of the Arctic Express to occur. I know there has been a number of volcanoes erupting this year, but I don’t think there’s been enough ash thrown into the atmosphere to cause this years artic stream.
The last time I lived through an Arctic Express was in the 70’s, so perhaps it’s a cyclic 50 year occurrence, but I really don’t know. :0)
