Certainly the R’s haven’t done as well as the polls indicated, but they will still take the House, and maybe the Senate. it isn’t over yet.

Dick Morris just pointed out that McConnell knifed Trump candidates and cut off their funding because he wasn’t convinced that they would support him as Leader. Morris says that McConnell is more concerned about remaining Leader, whether it is minority or majority – he doesn’t care which.

Well, Texan, I sure do hope things turn around and we get closer to that red wave. But when everyone is saying there’s going to be one of humongous proportions, in the future we gotta be real careful we’re not being played. Maybe a lot of people just stayed home thinking it was a done deal.
It seems the Dems can get many of their core voters to stand firm no matter what…

Mornin’ All. Those four states we are waiting on got away with all kinds of shenanigans in 2020, and they probably just added to their repertoire. I wish so many hadn’t stood up against Trump when there are so many indications of blatant cheating.
It is 10* here right now. I wonder how low it got last night. I checked my thermometer and it evidently was down to 4*. It’s a bit chilly.

Good morning, aus! I left a note early this morning for JD Vance in the comment section of a vid showing his victory speech. It chided him for not mentioning the national attention he and his race received via President Trump’s endorsement. He didn’t even bother to thank the President.
Will Vance end up just another McConnell swamp lackey? Time will tell.

They keep talking about areas in FL turning red and they are overlooking the fact that DeSantis fired Brenda Snipes, who ran the elections in Broward County, and had been cheating for 20 years along with another woman who couldn’t get the votes counted on time in another county. I think DeSantis made it known that he would not put up with all the shenanigans of the past. Also, he has been having people who voted when they shouldn’t , etc. taken to court. That may have had an impact on some cheaters.

I just read that PA reelected 85 yr old Tony Deluca, who died in October. And, we wonder why they voted for Fetterman.

This is the saddest loss…she’s a fighter, though, and has a future in conservative governing somewhere. It’d be great if Gov. Abbott brought her into state government and she gets more experience for her next try at elected office.
