Morning Lucille ~
That was lovely. If you want to learn a lot about horses…just because…go to Ryan Rose horse training channel and watch a couple of his videos. I’ve had horses all my life and still learn a lot about their ‘language’ from watching him.

Good morning, weather! Love horses. I was just thinking earlier today about how the world’s people need to get reacquainted with horses. With a number of governments outlawing gas-powered vehicles and electric car batteries being so inefficient and expensive, the people who own horses will still be able to get around.

Planning a couple of long car trips soon, so I have to get the car in for service. It’s 7 years old with about 121,000 mostly highway miles on it. Today I’m getting the tires rotated, next is an oil change. My brother said everything is running ok, and he should know since he’s been working on the family cars for 60 years, and learned from my father. My brother drives a 1995 Chrysler Sebring.

Morning, Czarina…how’s the battery?

I just had my car in for a check over – oil change, tires rotated, battery checked etc. They even washed it!

Washing…doesn’t happen often. We had our car serviced in April at a dealer in Boise. They had just undergone a horrendous dust/rain event and had to hire a service to wash all the cars on the lot. Asked if we would pass on the washing…we said sure.

I leased this car and it is only a year old, so I had the service done at the dealer. Your example is extreme, and I’m sure my dealer would have done the same under those circumstances!

One of a kind. She gave a lot of the stalwarts heartburn with the topics of her songs, just talking about what women talked about when men weren’t there.

Mornin’ All. Just made it. It was so cold this morning the heat actually came on. It was in the 50’s, but sunny. I consider this great weather.
Well, I broke down and bought a pair of boots yesterday. I knew I had to have some kind of enclosed toe shoe and I have such a problem finding ones that work for me. I know cowboy boots work really well. I found a really nice pair that should last me the rest of my life.
Oh, have I mentioned that my car ws making a terrible noise, like it needed a new muffler or something? Well, whatever happened, happened when it was being towed here and suddenly last weekend I noticed it wasn’t making that noise anymore. I guess it healed.
Have a nice day. And, pray for the people in Florida.

Did you get the boots in that antique boot store we found?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Yes, I found them on the top floor. Those boots were all new. Downstairs they have antiques and used boots. These are fairly soft and black. I would have liked a blue or tan pair, but these are comfortable and fit well. The lady that works there helped me find them and she was very helpful.

Good afternoon, aus! Finding perfect-fitting boots, what a blessing! Wear yours in good health.
I’ve had so many different fashions over the years…platforms, lace-ups, a butter-soft brown leather pair my dog chewed to oblivion. A trunkful has been donated to thrift shops since I moved from L.A. At least someone is benefiting from my bootaholic syndrome.

Glad you found some nice boots! I have some cowboy boots too, but I suggest that you also get some snow boots (waterproof with good bottom grip and easy to clean).

I will. But it will take more time to find a pair of snow boots that fit.

Thanks. I saved that page of the cleats. And, as far as walking like a penguin, I think I already do, except I tend to be pigeon toed so it takes a little effort to point my toes out. LOL

Sporto rain boots have stood me in good stead here in Idaho. Here’s an example from Walmart…

Also, some heavy knee-length socks might help if the boots are a bit too roomy.

Thanks, I’ll check those out. Being too roomy is not usually a problem for me.

Where Artificial Intelligence Can Expose Leftist Vote Fraud
By Jay Valentine – October 4, 2022
The next time you think artificial intelligence is a bugaboo, remember that it is a game two can play.
And the good guys, citizens, are beginning to use it, at scale, now.

Wow! And just in time for an election. If they can keep the grassroots part going, all rolls they are allowed to access should make sense in another year.

Along with enough poll watchers standing firm and not allowing lefties to keep them out of venues, AI just may see us through in November and in 2024.
We all need to brace ourselves for full-out cheating on every level. PLUS sometime soon we’ll likely have to put up with V.P. Harris becoming Madame President. I can see no way Joey will make it full term. The very thought that this incompetent, foolish, ignorant, laughable, bullying female would be President of the United States is sick-making. The same puppet masters will be in place, of course; so policy won’t change. But, wow, sinking that low is horrifying.
