Stella's Place 
There is no point to any speaker of the house to ever represent the US overseas. They are suppose to serve the US citizens and not to represent US interests overseas.

The wind turbines will never be functional. There are solar panels on the roofs of the Dallas VA, the 3rd largest VA facility. The facility mgr told me that the solar panels were not connected to anything.
