   Mornin’ All. Coolish and sunny here with a haze over the mountains from the fire. From what I could see, it is on the Indian Reservation. But, I don’t know. I hope they can get it under control. I am looking for a used washer/dryer combo and have fun 2 really cheap near here. Both say that they w4ere bought used while their own w/d washing repaired. Sounds like that might work. We’ll see. Still more unpacking. Have a great day wherever you are.

     Is that the Elmo 2 fire near Kalispell?
     It’s hazy and smoky here today (first time this summer), probably from the Keremeos Creek fire in the Okanagan.

       I just looked up that name and that is it. I am very concerned because that is near my kids’ house an where he works.

       I did some more checking and my kids’ house is on the other side of Flathead Lake from the fire. For right now they are okay.

         I’m sure they’ll be fine, the fire isn’t going to jump the lake.
         It appears to be near the South West end of Flathead Lake.

         The Elmo fire is expected to continue backing its way to the north and east:

         Firefighters on Elmo Fire Expecting Continued Hot, Dry, Windy Conditions

         Must be a real quick turnaround time for the amphibious water bombers being that close to the lake.

   The judge was appointed by President Trump…she should hang her head in shame….
