Good Thursday morning, Stellars! If you’re planning to hang out on the Isle of Jersey today, dress warmly…it’s in the 60s.
DONOVAN – “Jersey Thursday” – Released in 1965 when he was 19.
In the tiny piece of coloured glass my love was born
and reds and golds and yellows were the colours in the dawn.
Night brought on its purple cloak of velvet to the sky
and the gulls were wheeling, spinning on Jersey Thursday.

Afternoon, Miz WeeWeed! Groups of people banding together to participate in child abuse masquerading as “caring.” The following article fits right in with the cartoon commentary….
“Giving Kids ‘Puberty Blockers’ Increases Suicide Rates”
June 15, 2022 1:00 PM By DANIEL GREENFIELD
We already know this from the seventies when transgender experimentation on kids led to suicides.

My next oldest bro invited me to a party on a balcony overlooking the 18 at Pebble Beach. It was the Bob Hope Classic back then. Must have been 1976ish.

Might’ve seen you there, Geoff! Always enjoyed wandering around among the celebrities and even took a poloroid of some friends with Bob Newhart. Those were good days (other than Carter et al were in the process of ruining our country then).

Mornin’ All. It has already started out to be a miserable, hot day here in sunny Florida. I took Loki to the UrgentVet. Waited about a 1/2 hr and was very pleased at the treatment she got. She has a n access on one of her canine teeth. Poor thing. I think it will need to come out. Not a good time to have to do it, though. So she is on antibiotics, clindamycin which I am very allergic to. I have to get some rubber gloves. Anyway, I am glad I took her in. Now, back to packing. Have a nice day.

“abcess” not “access”. I don’t think it is spelled right, but whenever I type it in, I did it 4 times, it comes back access. LOL

It is abscess. Who knew?

Aus, I’ve used a holistic product on Gee because he was drooling and seeming to have a very gingerly manner when chewing his dry cat food. It has worked wonders and seemed to clear up the drooling in just a few days.
You might check into the doggie version at Chewy.com which delivers to your door (and it’s free delivery if you purchase a certain amount of their items)….

Thanks for the advice. I much prefer to use something like that, on me and one Loki. She only has her 4 canine teeth left, but I prefer that she keep them.

Luckily Gee loves the taste. You can get it in several flavors. Bee hated all of it, but then she was uber finicky.
The manufacturer also includes a one-time coupon you can email them about to get a $5 discount, I think, on your subsequent single purchase if you can find the product locally.

I order my dog and cat food from Chewy. I was so glad to read this tweet about them. So many others chimed in to say that they had the same experience.

Wow, that’s so wonderful. Bless them! Chewy has always given terrific service to me and my pets Obviously they have lots of big company competition. Their public relations and customer service is hard to beat when it comes to our ‘lil buddies.

More flooding in my neck of the woods…..
Over the last three days, the Bear Paw Mountains & adjoining Rocky Boy Native Reservation have received 6.5 inches of rain and as of today, the entrances to Beaver Creek Park, the largest county park in the nation, have been closed. The reservoirs in the park are now full, Beaver Creek which a week ago was barely a trickle, has become a raging river and massive flooding is taking place inside the park.
Our area hasn’t received anywhere near that amount of rain and the yield from crops this fall will be dismal if we don’t receive more rain, however, for the first time this year, the prairie grasses are beginning to turn green and it’s a glorious sight to see.

Thanks, litenmaus! A bit of good news for us border states. Unfortunately, not so for countless other folks.
WATCH NOW: Floodwaters swell the Yellowstone River near its confluence with the Bighorn River East
Drought in several states and deluge of rain and flooding in others seems to be the order of the day. With our population expanding because of natural means and legal immigration plus those who enter from the southern border without permission, water is going to be a huge issue for this decade. Only until we rid ourselves of this fascist regime in WDC, will proper measures via technology and science be taken to mitigate the effects of water deprivation and inundation.
Can’t control the weather but there are definitely methods which must be incorporated into our farming entities in spite of the climate and weather…coupled with governmental encouragement and tax breaks…if we want to be food self-sufficient. The following vid shows how Israel has handled their issues and crops, giving us ideas and hope for the future.

Psheewww…man, a city couldn’t pay me anywhere near enough to be a police officer. Imagine that other idiot threatening to get out of his car even after the officer yells for him to stay where he was. Just viewing, this my heart was racing and my breathing got weird.
