Mornin’ All. Weather here is the same as yesterday. We did have another t-storm in the late afternoon lasting a few hours. It only rained a little. It is almost 80* already at 8:30 AM. My hair is soaked from our walk this morning. The air conditioner is running like crazy. The electric bill is going to take another jump up. Well, everyone enjoy your day.

They scheduled me today for a renal ultrasound and a heart echo. Neither of those are bad, just a nuisance.

But let me tell you about my dental appt. that never happened. I mixed up the name of the street the office was on and had to drive another 30 min to get there. When I finally got there 10 min early I was told the office was in Winter Haven, not Lakeland. Well, that meant another almost hour drive to get there, so they rescheduled my appt. for June 2nd. So, I hung around and talked to the really nice receptionist who was there with nothing much really to do today. We had a great chat. Then I went on to meet my friend and go to lunch.

I would LOVE to do this (but it will never happen, sadly.) A friend of mine did do this trip as part of a business excursion sales contest. That was before the chunnel was finished, so it was train out of London, then a boat, then on the Orient Express. On top of that, his company flew him on the Concord from New York to London.
The suite shown in this video is something new, I think.
