Good day, everyone!
Very clever. Masterful use of visuals.
Reality in the face of imagery.

Mornin’ All. Overcast, humid, and warm here with a nice breeze. It is supposed to rain later. Of course, the weather guessers said that about yesterday, too, and it never happened. I hope the little doggie I found loose yesterday got home finally, After the office opens, I will call and check on him. My friend is coming here and we are going to have lunch at a nearby Mexican place that has good food and then we will play cards all afternoon. So, a fun day. Hope everyone stays safe through these storms coming across the country.

We awoke to 3″ of fresh snow that fell overnight. *Sigh* So tired of all the white stuff. But it prettied up the roadsides, which were all showing that bedraggled, late-winter ugly/slushy appearance. Still about 40*, and melting pretty quickly in the afternoon sun. Another month and there will be green showing. I hope.

Morning All! 🙂
Maybe the people in Stella’s photos had to walk over an ancient bridge like this to get to where they are. Isn’t it AMAZING what ancient people could do with almost nothing! How many people today could build a bridge or aqueduct like this with only the tools they had back then?
Time to run & get work done.
Have a great day everyone! 🙂

AGGHH! This is what happens when I’m in a rush!
This is Bastei Bridge, Saxon Switzerland, Germany image from an online puzzle website. There was no attribution on the image sadly.

Do you use Jigsaw Planet? It’s one of my favorites.

Popped in at my lunch break – I had not seen this website – Thanks I’ll have to check it out!🙂
I use www dot jigzone dot com, especially the puzzle where the pieces are the 48 continental states shapes.
For the US states puzzle this single color pink rose image is good to start
http://www.jigzone.com/puzzles/BD055D506DCE?z=20
I can now identify & place all the states by only shape after doing these puzzles.
I also use www dot thejigsawpuzzles dot com
Have fun!

What fun! Took me twice as long as the average time, but oh well. Thanks, G&C!

Hmmm, I responded to you, but it’s not showing up – I must have made an error – it’s past time for lunch!

My brother does jigsaw puzzles on his iPad. They are apps, some free.

I really like jigsawplanet.com. Lots to pick and easy to customize. Menagerie likes it too.

I so miss her comments! Don’t think I’ve seen her here since New Year’s. Is she showing up next door? I can’t wade through the bazillion comments over there any more. Ah, for the Treehouse days when 50 comments was a huge response.

She’s fine. Just staying off the internet more right now. She has been posting the Lent posts next door each week.

My friend is having a dryer installed tomorrow. It quit, and she called a repairman who added up what was needed to fix the dryer and he didn’t even finish the list and it was over about $200 and he said he probably couldn’t even get the parts. So she went out and bought a new dryer. She couldn’t believe that this one had only lasted 40 years. LOL
