Mornin’ Wee, everyone. Coolish this morning, but sunny. They are turning the water off at 9:00 this morning until 11:00 am. So, we got up early and got our walk done and breakfast before that happens. I watched a new version of Emma last night. I think it was on IMBD. The costumes were amazing and of course so was the scenery. The actress playing Emma came across a little harsher and more arrogant than others I have seen. I think it fits very well.

Mornin’ all ya’all! Back home in my own space again. Gorgeous outside, opened the windows and doors. Putting the plants back outside from their winter shelter in the living room and garage. Will put up the Purple Martin houses this afternoon. Hung some laundry on the clothesline. Some azaleas are blooming, many trees have put out tiny leaves while I was away, and weeds are everywhere!

I’m surprised that there is any FAA “legal limit” for airline pilots, but there is.

JetBlue pilot removed from cockpit had a BAC level four times over legal limit

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority said that a Transportation Security Administration officer noticed that James Clifton, 54, appeared to be intoxicated when passing through security at Buffalo Niagara International Airport, according to a statement obtained by CBS News.

Clifton was later removed from the cockpit by airport police and administered a breathalyzer test which registered as a 0.17 blood alcohol level, over four times the legal limit to fly of 0.04 set by the Federal Aviation Administration.

Clifton’s plane, headed to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was delayed by over four hours, according to FlightAware.

The NFTA told the outlet that Clifton was released into JetBlue security and could face federal charges.

I’ll bet the good people of Chicago are real proud of their mayor about now. She apparently fears no one. She’s being sued by former City of Chicago lawyers for a recent outburst. WARNING – EXTREME LANGUAGE
