    Considering there’s a good chance Castro is his real daddy, yeah.
    Vote on the Emergency Act in the House of Commons is supposed to be later to day.
    Unless some backbencher Libs and NDPs decide to bolt – about 16 are needed this bill should pass the House of Commons.
    That still leaves the Senate and there are some court challenges as well, but I’m not optimistic.

      I hope you are wrong. Particularly since there are no active protests, it is difficult (to me) to say that there is an emergency.

        I guess my math was off a bit. It would have taken 18 (not 16) Libs/NDP to switch votes and it would have been stopped.
        So it looks like my country is turning into a police state but on the bright side, for whatever reason, I seem to be permanently logged in now.
