     Thanks for this. We all wonder what the police will do in these situations. Some will be like this man, who has strong moral and ethical beliefs.

   David is kind and friendly. I think that is why his broadcasts have made the impact that they have, and why people are drawn to him. So many hugs and well wishes.

     Absolutely. He radiates warmth and kindness. I couldn’t stop watching this today. I kept trying to pull away and then going back to it.

       Oh, me, too. These vids are absolutely addictive, and alot of that has to do is how very nice Viva is – and most of the Canadians as well.
       Good thing the puter is in the kitchen or nothing would get done around here!

   I know online polls aren’t always very accurate but this one caught my because it is from the Toronto Star –
   a lefty newspaper like the WaPo or NYT,

   Have your say: Was Ottawa right in declaring a state of emergency due to the protests?

   No, people have a right to protest. 91.87% (78,305 votes)

   Yes, it could give the city the power it needs to quell the protests. 7.59% (6,470 votes)

   From what I’m hearing from a few sources is that the ‘crackdown’ last night was primarily a photo op to give the impression the Ottawa police are “doing something.”

     I think many of the police are in favor of the truckers. Viva has asked several police officers, and none have said that they observed violence.
