    Mornin’ All. Coooold here this morning. My heater was set at 68* last night and the heat ran off and on all night. It was only 40* at 8:00 this morning, but there was frost 😯 on the grass. It is so cold I put on socks…………..under my flip flops. Hope you are all staying warm.

      Ha…dream on, Czarina! We’re just one month into winter. Been a break here, but the snow is still frozen to the ground with new snow forecast for next week. Good thing, as snow pack higher up is the goal.

        Yeah, I know…. Really, I find it very entertaining since I live in coastal MS where, although it has been very cold recently, this weather would be highly unusual. This is more like my 3 years in Ogden Utah.

    Mornin’ all! It’s snowing again this morning, and 20 degrees. Have I mentioned that I don’t like January? Or February?

      You’re welcome to come live with me, probably just for the late fall and the winter months, skipping the March to October heat and humidity to return to your beloved north. Like the Golden Age wealthy people….

        My mother did that for 10 years with my aunt and cousins. October-March in Florida (Bradenton). I loved visiting her when it was snowy and cold here. Believe it or not, one thing I really liked in the Florida winter was the humidity! It is so dry here.
