Definitely a “should read.” I think there is more to why Biden was bringing in unvetted Afganies than just for votes. I believe he brought in these blood thirsty stone aged uneducated vipers to replace our military and our police.

I too am disgusted with the behavior of the White House but also CIA, DIA and a host of intelligence agencies that we pay huge salaries to and the Pentagon has become a source of shame along with the afore mentioned agencies. But I still hold sadness and shame for the 240 Brave Marines that were killed in Beirut. When we didn’t make the Bi Laden group pay , in Blood, for that attack then the weakness started to set in. So , now we don’t value the lives of our brave men and women in uniform!!! This really is a sad state of affairs!!!

Thanks, WeeWeed! Well-thought-out article. This sentence, though, stood out to me and shows the author’s one blind spot, likely because he finds it so tremendously incomprehensible that a man who once was valorous does not remain so….

“Think tank guys like Jake Sullivan and Anthony Blinken have talked General Milley out of his good senses.”

No, Milley willingly or was blackmailed into doing what he did plus not allowing Americans passage through the Kabul airport gate but allowing non-vetted Afghans through. He made that choice for dishonorable reasons, IMO. He is never to be trusted again on anything. That he will not be court-martialed for his offenses is a travesty. No justice for the 13.

Guilt, Shame, and Fear, are written on his heart
This guy is guilty of something very bad. I just don’t know what it is. Something is there. Something big. Someone has the proof. Take the gold, or the solitary confinement. Plata o plomo. Silver or lead. Someone, or something — the system? — has delivered this dilemma. It’s there. We smell it. We see it. We sense it. What is it? What does he hide that would cause him to sell out the United States, to sink his friends, his family, and his soul? Guilt, shame, and fear are branded on his deepest parts.

Important: Department of State blocking us from taking Americans

We have Americans with blue passports ready to leave Afghanistan. Taliban will allow landing. US Department of State blocking flights. Rick Clay’s team has three jets ready. These jets were on ground on 30 August 2021. Three jets are 2x A340, an 1x 737. Senator Johnson’s team called us and we on conference call right now. Our government is blocking taking out Americans from Afghanistan. Taliban is helping. US State Department blocking.

Mornin’ Lucille, Wee, and all. Same ol’ weather here. It is overcast and cloudy, but that is burning off fast. We had rain yesterday and it is a little nicer today, 77* instead of 78*. LOL. I saw on the news there was a lot of flooding last night. Hope everyone is okay.

Good day to you, aus! It’s a pleasant day right now at 70 degrees. We’re into autumn-type weather already and you need to wear long-sleeved tops plus maybe a vest. But it could change at any given moment, such is the unpredictability of weather in the Great Northwest.

It’d be fun being out there doing this today….

      Though this is true….

      “Thomas Massie

#2 Most of those aircraft and vehicles and weapons weren’t left behind by our military – they were left behind by the Afghan Security Forces. We gave them that equipment, using your tax dollars to pay the military industrial complex. It was a waste even in the best scenario.”

The point is that once it was abandoned, some equipment could easily have been retrieved via military operation and taken to the Kabul airport. But no effort was even planned. The U.S. had to have an accounting of what was given to the Afghans and likely knew where the arms caches were. At least a couple of planes could have been taken back, along with as much equipment they could hold. I guess it wasn’t worth it to the brass, perhaps fearing deaths which ended up happening anyway.
