Live: Biden delivers remarks on Afghanistan

As you have probably noticed, I rarely post any speech by Biden or Harris. I’m making an exception today because of the seriousness of the current situation in Afghanistan.

The chances are not good that Biden will be truthful or informative, but at least we will know the latest lies that will be making the media rounds.

    Mr. Biden, we don’t want the U.S. to stay in Afghanistan. That isn’t the problem. The problem is the botched job you are doing with the withdrawal.

    Lies by omission, plus plain old lies. Then play on everyone’s emotions.

    Sure am glad I’m a psychopath – no emotions (comes in handy, from time to time). Knowing what Pres Trump’s plans had been highlights the lies by omission.
    Now, once again, send in the Deplorables to fight and die for your damnable wars. Again. One more time, for the team rah rah.

    Sharon pointed out next door an article in American Thinker that said this was not Saigon redux, it is Benghazi redux.
    Didn’t read the article, but Sharon is correct.

      What hurts deeply, we never learned anything from Vietnam. Our government walked away from all that was given in S.E. Asia. Now he walks away from all those that sacrificed for Afghanistan. I really feel pain for those I see with legs and arms that weren’t God given! Brings tears to my eyes to see this administration walk away from this!!! When we don’t learn from the past, we are condemned to repeat it. How many more times will this occur???

    Couldn’t watch it, of course. Way too difficult o listen to liars and thieves. Thank God we have people who will report the truth….

    My best guess is that Obama wanted it done this way. And, us leaving our equipment, guns, etc. was probably a part of his plan. Just another thing to make the world think less of America.
