Oooh! Oooh! I know! I know! The top picture is basil. We grow it to make insalata caprese: a layer of sliced tomato, a slice of provolone, a layer of basil, repeat. Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Sounds pretty healthy, though in moderation (cheese). Reminds me we just read that Epicurious is no longer publishing beef recipies to ‘help fight global warming.’ Another site off the list!
