Good morning! Happy Bench Monday in the United Kingdom….

Arlington Row, Bilbury, The Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, England…

In the 14th Century, Arlington Row started life as a monastic wool store and was converted into a row of weavers’ cottages in the 17th century. It’s a nationally notable architectural conservation area depicted on the inside cover of all United Kingdom passports.

John Cave Bench, Holyhead, Isle of Anglesey, Wales…

John Cave was a much-loved local historian and President of the Holyhead Maritime Museum. Holyhead dates from at least the 14th Century and is a port on the Irish Sea.

The Royal Horticultural Society’s garden, Wisley, Surrey, England…

Medieval Chipping Steps, Tetbury, The Cotswolds…

“The Chipping” is an old English term for market and the entire area used to hold regular “Hiring and Mop Fairs.”

    Have a restful day!

Happy Monday everyone! I think we have another beautiful day in store. This is my kind of weather. Not too hot and not too cold. Just right. Aus, hope Loki is feeling better now.

She is somewhat better. She wasn’t too interested in getting up. We slept in until 9:15, so I skipped our walk for now since it is sprinkling. She did eat really well.

It did rain here last night, about an inch. I understand there is supposed to be more today. Hope so. I just heard some of you are facing more cold for a while.

Eating’s good, isn’t it? At least Loki doesn’t wake you up at 3:am needing to throw up. The owls eat mice at night and regurgitate the bones which end up in delictable little piles under the junipers. Irresistable to our stock dog (apparently indigestible as well). 😦

Good afternoon, all! I was awake all night (no reason – I’m not sick), so I caught up on my sleep this morning. Hope you are all having a great day.

    Who Killed Ashli Babbitt
    April 19, 2021 –
There are sleuths online claiming various different people are the shooter – I don’t know for sure who it is, and I won’t accuse someone of this act until I do. But our garbage ruling class should tell us who killed this woman in our name.

Remind me again what the Supreme Court does every day! Do the cases they take on have anywhere near the national importance of maintaining free and honest elections?

For those who are interested, is now up. Some people say they are having trouble with it, but I am on a Mac and it came up no problem. I typed in the website and a box with an arrow (I believe it was) came up and I clicked on that and am on now. There are over 30 million people on it.

I think we’re about done with the corona here in Texas. 1073 “cases”, and 9 deaths. I know that it sounds like a lot, but since they cured the flu this year, we’re ahead of the game.
