   About 75 minutes in they discussed the Atkisson case, and the role of Rosenstein and the 4th Amendment.
   What I understood Barnes to say was Rosenstein gave the order to spy, but did not do the actual spying himself, so Rosenstein was not liable.

   Well, that makes no sense to me, but Barnes doubled down and said – as I understood it – the higher up one gets, the less liability one has.
   Must re-listen that one. Knowing our gubmint, it is prob true, but applies only to gubmint people in our two-tiered system of gubmint.

   Thanks again for the link, Stella. Viva always seems so rushed, we may need to start insisting on 3 hours like Baris and Barnes. 😉

   Btw, were you able to see last Weds interviews? The one with Dr Gaad was super, imo.
   Am not familiar with a good many of the pop culture guys, so am def at a disadvantage for the Noid guy from last week and this week’s Doomcock.
   But hey, always up to learn something new.

     That is what Barnes said, btw. Doesn’t mean that the court’s decision is right or correct (in fact, it is the opposite).
