   They (whoever “they” are/is) are limiting recipients of the PPP program to 20 or less “workers” (formerly known as employees), which gives “loans” to small bizs which most often need not be paid back.

   Kinda sounds like those small biz requirements for Obamacare, huh?

   He can’t even read a script let alone articulate policy to those in his cabinet and the various department heads, etc. in his administration. I’m sure foreign leaders are shaking their heads in disbelief but I doubt any will say a thing…not because they like him but because they know he (his vengeful puppet masters) can wreck their economies and create havoc in their nations.    Biden’s mental status is questionable, no matter which policies are his or someone else’s.
   Policies are disastrous only if you expect them to fix a problem. How many policies have been a disaster, yet have done exactly what they set out to.
