    The way I read it is non-essential sexual activities of persons 3 or greater –
    meaning someone 3 years old or greater.
    It does bring up some questions no matter how you define it.

    Are non-essential sexual activities of persons 2 or greater in indoor areas okay?

    Are non-essential sexual activities of persons 3 or greater okay in outdoor areas?

    Are essential sexual activities of persons 3 or greater okay in indoor areas? What about outdoors?

    What is the clinical definition of non-essential sexual activities?

    Why does Belgium Health Minister Maggie de Block’s head remind me of a block?
