LIVE: Sidney Powell’s Election Hearing in Georgia (Dec. 7)

UPDATE: The temporary restraining order is dissolved. The motion to dismiss was granted by the judge. I’m sure that Powell will appeal the decision.

This is audio only, and not the best quality.

This hearing is an attempt to convince a judge to allow outside experts to examine Dominion Voting Systems machines in Georgia.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten Sr., a George W. Bush appointee, scheduled the hearing after an appeals court dismissed an appeal from the plaintiffs, who are being represented by Sidney Powell and other lawyers.

Batten last month ordered three counties not to wipe or rest their voting machines as he weighed whether to grant the plaintiffs’ request to have independent experts look at the machines. Powell argued the order was insufficient and appealed to the the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for a statewide block.

The appeals court ultimately denied that appeal, setting up the 10 a.m. hearing on Monday.

Sidney is doing well. Is the Judge talking or is it the other lawyer?

Did I hear Sidney mention the “military intelligence” we have as proof of fraud, as well as the other obvious fake “water line break” count, affadavits and mail in ballots with no address check etc? That might mean either they did get the server in Frankfurt or NSA was watching the election?

The worst, I think, is that the judge made some lame comment about being asked to override the decision of over 2 million Georgia voters. How about the Georgia voters who basically had their votes stolen?

Seemse the Kraken has been released. He’s been on several totally committed Deplorable’s shows recently, quietly warning what is coming.
    No one listened.

Stella, have you heard of the group in Michigan who were granted access to Dominion hardware and software? 4 men, 3 women. In 8 hours they sliced and diced as only battlefield soldiers are capable.
They were from a highly respected private firm. Name escapes me at present.
Enough to know, they are Gen Flynn’s guys.
    What fun!

One of the guys was a fellow Lt Gen, not Mcinerny but another. Apologies for inferior short-term memory, too many blows to the head 🙂

The team even obtained and copied the jump drives for each machine, but the master key was nowhere to be found.
Lo and behold, a totally innocent person said, oh, it’s in this drawer, and the master key was found.
Just like that time Comey’s stuff was found unsecured in a waiting room drawer.
      ‘magine that.

The legal team led by former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell will appeal the dismissal of the election lawsuit tossed by a federal judge on Monday.

Powell told The Epoch Times in an email that they “will proceed as fast as possible to the Supreme Court.”

U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten dismissed Powell’s lawsuit on Dec. 7, opining that the plaintiffs have no standing to sue, should have brought the lawsuit to a state court, and had filed the case too late.

Good for Sidney. She should get to the Supreme Court. Ultimately these Dominion machines are a death knell for our country.
