Frei was speaking slowly today, which is not like him.
I have the benefit of having listened to the Attorney, David Kallman, both before and after the hearing, plus listened to Mayor Rudy yesterday on his radio show, which also adds to my perspective, so perhaps my perspective is different.
It just seems to me this was a feeler, bait perhaps, to have a Michigan judge reveal what strategies might be good or not-so-good for Mayor Rudy and his crew.
Or not.

I agree with you, It just seemed like something was missing. They may also be able to use this ruling to box in the judge.
